Since the opening of our Fukuoka office in July 2013, I have been providing agile and flexible responses to a wide variety of corporate legal needs in the Kyushu, Okinawa, and Chugoku regions. I have particular experience in the business areas of Restructuring & Insolvency, labor, Corporate Crisis Management, M&A, and Corporate matters. With respect to Restructuring & Insolvency, I have handled legal insolvency proceedings such as Corporate Reorganization & Civil Rehabilitation, as well as Out-of-Court Workouts and Early Stage Restructuring. In addition, I also handle specialized litigation, such as construction litigation and labor litigation. With respect to various legal issues that companies face on a daily basis, I provide legal advice not only to listed companies but also to a wide range of companies, including local companies and venture companies. Lastly, I am also available for various seminars based on my experience as a lecturer at Chuo law school.
