To ensure that our commitment to DE&I is implemented at all levels, our firm’s DE&I Promotion Team and DE&I Promotion Committee collaborate to place diversity at the forefront of our agenda, promoting inclusion and motivating the wider legal community to do the same regardless of gender, race, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability or age, both in our offices and in our hiring practices.
