Suzhou Secote Precision Electronic Co., Ltd. - Increased stake in Optima Co., Ltd.
Leading Japanese law firm Nishimura & Asahi advised Suzhou Secote Precision Electronic Co., Ltd. ("Suzhou Secote") [XSHG: 603283], a Chinese automated-solutions provider, on the acquisition through its Hong Kong subsidiary of additional shares in Optima Co., Ltd. (“Optima”), a Japanese company which makes silicone-wafer measuring devices. With this acquisition, Suzhou Secote's shareholding in Optima increased to 73.75%.
