We have been supporting Japanese corporate clients’ demands for expansion and development in Malaysia and withdrawal from Malaysia, etc. in various areas such as M&A, disputes, finance, general corporate assistance, risk management, bankruptcy, etc. since before 2012 when Nishimura & Asahi set up its Singapore office. Our Singapore office has Japanese and Malaysian lawyers with extensive experience in Malaysia-related legal matters. By cooperating with specialist lawyers from Nishimura & Asahi in Japan and local lawyers practicing Malaysian law in external law firms in Malaysia appropriate for the requirements of the case and selected from among our wide network, we support our Japanese corporate clients. We are thus positioned to respond to issues encountered by our clients rapidly and flexibly.
