Chuang-Chou is a Counsel in our Taiwan practice team. He has over 10 years of experience, and considerable expertise in relation to the field of renewable energy, corporate laws and labor laws. Chuang-Chou has a LL.B. degree from National Taiwan University and two LL.M. degrees from National Chengchi University and the University of Tokyo. As a Taiwanese lawyer who has experienced working in both Japan and Taiwan, he is familiar with the differences in the Japanese and Taiwanese legal systems and the business processes of Japanese companies. Chuang-Chou specializes in cross-border M&A and the field of renewable energy, as well as in cases involving the corporate laws, labor laws, and consumer protection laws. He handles a wide variety of matters, ranging from contract review to due diligence. Chuang-Chou is proficient in English, Japanese, and Chinese. In addition to being able to comprehensively ascertain his clients’ needs, he also provides them with expert legal support in a timely manner.
