    Marubeni Corporation: Acquisition of Shares in Mizuho Leasing Co., Ltd.

Nishimura & Asahi advised Marubeni Corporation [TSE: 8002] on its acquisition of shares in Mizuho Leasing Co., Ltd. [TSE: 8425] by third-party allotment and through an off-market bilateral transaction, as part of their capital and business alliance.
